Not bad, a few of the bands featured here actually pull it off. I added a bonus track, a version of Brainstorm by Los Natas. Stay tuned for my own Hawkwind tribute due for release in the year 2102...

Humpdaze with Hawkwind - Warrior On The Edge Of Time (The Lemmy & Stacia Years Come To An End)
Those flashing lights are warning me...
Undying graditude to Ms. Blake
We've flotsam been, and the jetsam
In highness being, gonna get some
On the water walking, it's easy to be
Centralised we to infinity
For ourselves only have we to thank
If fool enow are we to walk the plank
Eternity to spend in mime
Drowning in the dying seas of time
In highness being, gonna get some
On the water walking, it's easy to be
Centralised we to infinity
For ourselves only have we to thank
If fool enow are we to walk the plank
Eternity to spend in mime
Drowning in the dying seas of time
With galleon astral sails set
And with the tide we'll sail ayet
By light propelled, Karma our guide
The shores spatial pass we beside
Past rotting hulks of culture drifting
Lost souls ghostly trawlnets lifting
Themselves against which have made crime
Drowning in the dying seas of time
And with the tide we'll sail ayet
By light propelled, Karma our guide
The shores spatial pass we beside
Past rotting hulks of culture drifting
Lost souls ghostly trawlnets lifting
Themselves against which have made crime
Drowning in the dying seas of time

Acid King - Busse Woods
Tomorrow is Saturn's Day and hopefully a perfect day for you & an excellent example of Stoner Rock to hang out together. Great covers of Motorhead, Bachman-Turner Overdrive's Not Fragile and a song from Jesus Christ Superstar await. Wait, what?...

Nico - The End...
Here is Nico's third and final studio collaboration with John Cale. It includes Das Lied der Deutschen which when performed live was accompanied by Eno and Cale recreating the sounds of screaming divebombers and explosions. Unfortunately, but not surprisingly, the Doors cover is the least interesting track. Now go put on your Nazi uniform and fucking hang yourself...

Portal - Live In Compton, CA 2010
Sound quality? It's more an example of sound quanity- if you are familiar with their repetoire you'll be able to tell one song from the next. For obsessive fans only.

Internecine Excoriation - Prognosticate The Decrepitude
I haven't posted any Australian death metal in a while, so here is probably the most insane example of it next to Portal. Really, It's fucking nuts. Really. Only five tracks but you probably couldn't take a full-length. I know how sensitive you are...
How about a nice, warm Comatose Autopsy?

Gil Melle - The Andromeda Strain OST
Speaking of scary, here's the excellent all-electronic (I think) soundtrack to the original motion picture version of The Andromeda Strain, directed by Robert Wise from a book written by a fucking asshole who thinks he's a scientist...
Not an album cover for Wormed.
