Reverend Fred Lane - From The One That Cut You & Car Radio Jerome





I encountered Fred Lane's musick in 1980 at one of the first independent record stores I found here in Houston, Sound Exchange, the other one being Real Records, where I heard my first Joy Division 45. The Reverend's From The One That Cut You is the record that creeped me out though, it seemed genuinely demented. I was an impressionable young man.

Oh, this is so good, I've never heard of this cat before! Guess I'm gonna have to convert and post up my old Glen Armstrong and the Dirty Clergy cassettes now!
